I don’t wear my hair straight vary often but when I do I want it to last as long as possible. This is not as easy to do when working out so I did some research on ways to maintain straighten hair while working out.

Wrap Your Hair
Wraping your hair while your working will help your style last longer. Using products like Dri Sweat or Save Your Do can help take the extra moister (sweat) from your scalp during your working out. You can also wrap your hair and rock a turban for added style.
Let Your Hair Dry
Be sure your scalp is dry before taking your wrap down. Use the cool option on your blow dryer to keep your hair from frizzing; this will also keep your hair from mildewing and becoming smelling.
If you’re not feelin the idea of going to the gym with your hair wrap try a high and tight ponytail. Extend Your Style
After your workout and your scalp is dry, braid your hair back in two or more braid (cornrow) and put perm rods at the ends. You can also do this at night and remove them after your morning workout.
Maintain A Clean Scalp
When you feel your scalp getting itchy and dirty and aren’t ready for wash day… Part your hair in sections, get a cup or bowl in warm water and a little oil of your choice. Dip an old t-shirt dip it in water & oil (be light with the water) and wipe your scalp just your scalp clean. Use your blow dryer on cool to dry your scalp before moving on to the next section.
