Today’s workout (Life Addicts Studio) was proof that

I CAN DO Challenging things.

One year ago I decided I didn’t want to feel terrible anymore. Including fatigued, defeatist mindset, depressed, the list goes on.

I realized that although I have not been completely successful in this task. I can finally say I feel more like myself. It’s not easy to let go with the things you think you need to hold on to including people, old clothing, unread books, and even emotions.

I have not done a good job of tracking my progress. I do keep a journal yet when it comes to things like weight loss or emotional growth I need to do better at qualifying the results.

I making this post as a reminder to myself. That tracking the progress helps show how far I have come.
